Privacy Policy
Effective 28 October 2026 · applies to the Snapwhirl app for iOS
In one line: Snapwhirl keeps your bars, wheels, beans and settings on your own device, and none of it ever leaves it.
What Snapwhirl keeps
The game saves only what it needs to remember your play: which chocolate bars you have bagged and with how many crumbs, which lolly wheels you have filled, your cacao beans, the helpers and looks you own, your Gift Box progress for the week, your statistics and records, and the positions of the music, sound and haptics dials.
Where it is kept
All of it lives in a small database inside the app's own storage on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and the app makes no network connections at all.
What Snapwhirl does not do
There is no account or sign-in. The game does not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers. It contains no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party code that could gather information, and it asks for no permissions.
How long it stays
Your save stays until you remove it. You can clear it from inside the game with "Reset progress" on the Tempering Panel, and deleting the app from your device removes everything it stored.
Children
Snapwhirl is a gentle game for players of all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.
Changes to this policy
If the way the game handles information ever changes, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change with it.
